Andrew McCarthy had a very interesting piece at
"The Corner" on
National Review Online. It does beg a very interesting point: how can a woman who would be disqualified from jury service because of her racial comments be trusted to remember justice in a colorblind manner? I won't go as far as Newt Gingrich did in calling her a racist, however it is clear she is a product of identity grievance politics and her notion of "redistributive justice" trumps the principle of equal protection under the law.
