Roanoke Independence Day Tea Party in Pictures
A crowd of approximately 1,000 gathered in Roanoke's Elmwood Park on Independence Day to express their desire to bring the government under control. The general message of the signs, the citizens and the speakers was "government, know your role!" Limited government and maximum liberty were the driving principals.
