Most of the programs that the federal government runs (or attempts to run) are unconstitutional in the first place. There is no justification for their meddling in affairs that should be handled by individuals, states, and/or the free market system. Of course, the constitutional argument doesn't work with Leftists because they generally reject every ideal that this nation was founded upon.
