An "angry mob" of one sent Georgia Congressman David Scott into a meltodwn. The citizen, a doctor, asked a simple and straightforward question which the legislator did not want to discuss. RedState blogger James Richardson pointed out this wasn't Scott's first rodeo as an angry and incompetent ward boss for the Democrat party.
