Supreme Court Overturns Sonia Sotomayor In Reverse Discrimination Case

The U.S. Supreme Court has just ruled that New Haven, Connecticut violated the rights of White firefighters in a decision to deny promotions because not enough minorities had passed the test. Barry Vladimir Hussein Soetero Obama's Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor sat on the circuit court that was overturned in this decision. She has been overruled on a number of cases by the Supremes. This will add another piece of ammo to the Senate Republicans if they decide to show some integrity and fight this radical during her hearings.
